Sharing Projects
Share projects with external people without login required.
Create Share Link
- Select a project
- Click Share
- The sharing dialog opens
Sharing Options
Model Selection
Choose which models to share:
- All models - Complete project
- Selected models - Only specific models
- Enable the checkboxes for desired models
Access Level
| Level | Description |
|---|---|
| Guest | View only, no interaction |
| Viewer | Can navigate, select, view properties |
Expiration Date
Set how long the link is valid:
- 1 day - For quick reviews
- 1 week - For project meetings
- 1 month - For longer collaboration
- Unlimited - No expiration
Copy Link
After creation:
- Click "Copy link"
- The link is in your clipboard
- Send it via email, chat, etc.
Manage Active Shares
Overview
View all active shares:
- Open "Share Tokens" in the account menu
- Or as admin: Admin Area → Share Tokens
The list shows:
- Project
- Creation date
- Expiration date
- Number of accesses
Revoke Share
- Find the share in the list
- Click the Delete icon
- Confirm
Note
After revoking, the link no longer works. Recipients will see an error message.
Tips
Only Relevant Models
Share only the needed models to reduce loading time for guests.
Time-Limited
Use short expiration times for sensitive projects.
