Project Management

Manage tasks, workstreams, and notes linked directly to your BIM projects.

Overview

The Project Management module (PM) is an integrated task management system that is automatically linked to every BIM project. When you create a BIM project, a PM project is automatically created as well (1:1 relationship).

Key Features:

  • Tasks with status, priority, assignees, and due dates
  • Workstreams for grouping tasks
  • Notes and files per project
  • Inbox with notifications
  • Project statistics and progress tracking

Open the PM module via the /pm route or the corresponding menu entry.

The left sidebar contains five main sections:

Below the navigation items, the project list is displayed. Each BIM project shows:

  • Project name and status badge
  • Number of models
  • Task progress (e.g., "3/5 tasks")
  • Progress ring

Use the search field above the project list to filter projects by name.

BIM-Linked Projects

Every BIM project automatically receives a linked PM project. This linking enables:

  • Assigning tasks directly to a BIM project
  • Viewing model and GAEB data in the PM context
  • Tracking cost progress and tasks in one view

Project Detail View

Click on a project in the sidebar to open the detail view:

Header:

  • Project name, description, and client
  • Status badge and creation date
  • "Open in Viewer" button to switch directly to the 3D viewer

Statistics:

  • Number of models, GAEB positions, annotations, linked elements

Overview (Dashboard)

When no project is selected, the "All Projects" section shows an overview:

  • Overall Progress - Percentage of all completed tasks
  • Project Count - Total number of projects
  • Task Count - Total number of all tasks
  • Completed Tasks - Finished tasks
  • Recent Projects - Quick access to recently edited projects

Quick Start

  1. Navigate to /pm
  2. Select a BIM project in the sidebar
  3. Switch to the "Tasks" tab
  4. Click "New Task"
  5. Enter a title, priority, and optional details
  6. Click "Create"

Automatic Linking

You don't need to manually create a PM project. Every BIM project automatically has a linked PM project.

Quick Access

Via "Assigned to Me", you can immediately see all tasks assigned to you across all projects.
