Using Share Links
A share link allows you to access a BIM project without having to log in.
Open Link
- Click on the link you received
- The page automatically loads the shared project
- The 3D model is displayed in the viewer
Interface
Sidebar (left)
- Project and model tree: Shows the shared project with all models
- Checkbox: Enable/disable models to show or hide them in the viewer
- Folder structure: Models can be organized in folders - click the arrow to expand/collapse
- Three-dot menu: Click ⋮ next to a model to download the IFC file
Header Bar (top)
- Project name: The name of the shared project
- Share badge: Indicates that this is a shared project
- Lighting (): Adjust brightness and edge lines
- Theme toggle (/): Switch between light and dark theme
User Menu (bottom left)
- Shows your status as "Guest"
- Language: Switch between German and English
- Login: Log in if you have an account
Operating the Viewer

Explorer Panel
On the right side of the viewer you see the model structure:
- Click the triangle to expand or collapse categories
- Click on an entry to highlight the element
- The eye icon shows/hides elements
Properties Panel
When you select an element, its properties are displayed:
- Name and type of the component
- Geometric data (area, volume)
- IFC attributes and property sets (Psets)
Adjust Lighting
Click the lightbulb icon in the header bar:
- Ambient light: Base brightness of the scene
- Direct light: Strength of the light source
- Edge lines: Show/hide component edges
- Reset: Reset lighting to default values
Tips
Optimal View
Double-click on an element to zoom to and center on it.
Lost in the Model?
Press R to show all elements and reset the view.
Download Model
Click the three-dot menu (⋮) next to a model and select "Download IFC".
